Becky Smith, President and CEO, leverages 30 years of diverse and comprehensive experience across Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Transportation Logistics Management, Ticket Demand Management, and Office Administration. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated the ability to build strong organizational foundations and streamline complex processes. These strengths enable her to lead with both strategic vision and operational precision, guiding the company toward sustained growth and excellence.
Kristen Higgins, Vice President & Chief Human Resource Officer, brings over 30 years of comprehensive experience in Human Resources, Transportation Logistics Management, Project Management, Contract Start-Up, Payroll Administration, and Employee Benefits. In her executive capacity, she provides strategic oversight across all facets of the organization, contributing to high level planning, operational leadership, and financial decision making. Her dual role reflects a deep commitment to both organizational excellence and employee development.
Gina Philbrick, or Vice President of Shuttle Operations, has over 15 years of hands-on experience in the transportation charter industry. She oversees every facet of shuttle logistics from single-vehicle transfers to large scale, citywide conventions and sporting events across the continental United States and Canada. She leads staff management and coordinates behind-the-scenes operations to ensure seamless execution of transit solutions.
Timothy Corcoran, Chief Shuttle Operations Manager, draws from over three decades of experience in shuttle management and logistics to bring thorough operational insight to TCS. His expertise spans the full spectrum of event transportation planning from designing bus terminals and optimizing site layouts to developing efficient routing systems and managing spectator flow. Tim’s contributions begin well before an event starts and continue through on-site execution.
David Fetkenhour, Vice President, TDM Operations, possesses over 20 years of experience in Transportation Demand Management (TDM) contract oversight. He collaborates closely with both internal teams and external partners with some of the nation’s most respected transit and mobility organizations to ensure contractual obligations are met with precision and that customer service consistently exceeds expectations. His commitment to reliability, operational excellence, and partnership continues to drive the success and reputation of TCS.
