Here at the TCS App, we pride ourselves on our security as well as our customer service. We will never instruct our customers to contact us at another telephone number besides 888-291-0207 to update their personal information. TCS App also will never ask our customers via US Postal Mail, to update their personal information. If you receive any instructions asking you to do this, either via email or US Postal Mail, please contact us at 888-291-0207 before giving out any of your personal information.
Protecting your order information is a high priority. We make every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than The Convention Store staff processing TCS App issues.
