TCS is proud of the work that we do each and every day.  Please see below for recent comments and emails from our customers regarding their experience with the TCS team.

1. Diana DeMoy, of our CIC location, was complimented by Ken Foulks of the Joint Operational History Branch within the U.S. Pentagon in an email. He wrote, “In today's commercial service industry, it is very rare to encounter a customer service representative who is professional, courteous, and helpful when it comes to help solving a problem. Ms. Diana Demoy helped dispel that perception when she recently helped me to update my account and set up a recurring order with a discounted rate. Her attention to detail and responsiveness reflects highly on your organization, and I will ensure that I tell everyone in my office who uses Commuter Direct about my experience.”
2. Angella Foster, of the Crystal City location, received the following compliment from a government commuter: “I would like to take this time and opportunity to say, “Thank You” and recognize your knowledge and service. Although I only encounter you on a limited basis (once p/month), you always manifest a high caliber work ethic and dedication to service that reflects favorably upon Commuter Direct. Your constant assistance, availability, advice and expertise to my government subsidy needs requires your accuracy and timing, which hasn’t failed. Without your assistance, dedication and effort, I’d be lost.”
3. A MARC customer emailed to compliment PJ Mature of Odenton. He wrote, “Ms. Mature's service is exceptional. She responds promptly to emails, she is very courteous, and she graciously and effectively finds solutions to group bookings. Ms. Mature is an example of what customer service should be.
4. The following emailed compliment came in from Lauren Hassel at BikeArlington: “Greetings TaKeisha, Michael, and team, On behalf of BikeArlington and the entire Arlington bicycle community, thank you so much for your incredible support leading up to, during, and after the whirlwind of activity that is Bike to Work Day. It’s always a pleasure to work with you, from your can-do attitude to your efficiency in getting things done. Mary and I were saying that it’s incredible how such a small team can pull off this huge event – but that’s only because each member of the small team does more than their share of heavy lifting (in your case, you literally lift the heavy stuff)! And we work as a team to pull it off. By the same token, with such a small team, everyone has to a part to play or the whole falls apart. Lucky for us, you always do your part and then some, making sure that we have everything ready at event time and that we can turn everything around again as soon as the event ends. We can’t thank you enough for making Bike to Work Day 2025 another resounding success - there’s just no way we could have done it without you!”
5. Denise Braxton, one of our CIC Supervisors, received this compliment via email about her and the entire CIC Team’s customer service: “You and Commuter Director always support me effectively and efficiently, and for years you have. You are the only folks or entity that can explain how to work the benefits and kiosk stations, and more.” – US Dept of Education
6. Katherine Read, the Chief Transportation Officer of MTA, wrote the following compliment of PJ Mature, of Odenton, in an email. “I just want to emphasize what a joy it is to work with PJ. She is proactive, pays attention to details, takes accountability, and truly cares about the riders she assists. I couldn’t even list all the times she’s gone above and beyond. If you ever figure out how to clone her, we’ll take 3!”
7. Samantha Sweet, Senior Shuttle Operations Manager, received an email from the Concerns of Police Survivors Organization after National Police Week wrapped up. It said, “You and your team are amazing! We all enjoy working with you and appreciate ALL of the efforts you each put into taking care of the survivors. Seriously, you are one of my favorite people to work with! Thank you for everything!!!
8. Danielle Miller, our Senior Shuttle Operations Manager, received this email from her client, Stacy: “Thank you so much for helping coordinate our ground transportation for my wedding! Everyone was on time and communicative! I truly appreciate working with you on a personal level and will continue to work with you professionally as well. TCS is really lucky to have you! Again, thank you and I'm sure we'll talk soon!” She and Desiree Harvey, of our Shuttle Team, also received an email from PGA Hope. Caroline wrote: “Thank you for all of your help making our National Golf and Wellness Week a success! Transportation is a huge part of our event logistics, and you and your team make it seamless for us. Desiree was fantastic and made communication and changes easy. We really appreciate all that you guys do!”
9. A Ryder Cup client, Dennis, wrote a compliment for Sam Sweet and Mike Thurston: “My brother Peter and I did meet Mikey when we attended—BOTH in the ADA lot at Farmingdale and when returning from the course to the ADA lot. He was SUPER! And I give your team another ‘A’ for quality of service…couldn’t be more satisfied! Thanks again for ALL your help on this journey. I hear that the 2033 PGA Championship is coming back to Bethpage…maybe our paths will cross again (I expect you to be CEO of the company by then)! Thanks again for your assistance in making this another unforgettable event…very much appreciated!”
10. Warner Neal, a Ryder Cup client, wrote the following for Danielle Miller and her onsite staff Robert Carr, Shane Kephas, Jasper Smith, Jennifer Chamberlin Johnston, Desirree Handon, Mikayla Handon, Kerri Doherty, Caylee Callahan & Janelle Scarborough: “I want to thank you and your team for another great event. You and your team are always accommodating to our last-minute changes, and it is very much appreciated. I think we have been working with the Convention Store for over 20 years, and I would not want to do it with any other firm! Thank you again for all you do, and I look forward to working with you again next year!”
